AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Wagerbreaker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wagerbreaker.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

• Urge blocking tools with physical friction
• Milestone achievements and motivation
• Accountability features
• Crisis intervention resources

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 YEARS OLD to use this App. By using Wagerbreaker, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
