Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (“Sub Terms”) govern your purchase and use of paid, auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features in the WagerBreaker platform. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Recovery Disclaimer

Premium features are provided for educational purposes. WagerBreaker is not a medical provider or financial advisor. Our tools are designed to provide "friction" to intercept impulses, but individual results depend on many factors outside the app's control.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). Payment is charged to your chosen method (Apple ID, Google Play, or Stripe) at confirmation of purchase and for each renewal unless canceled 24 hours prior to the period end.

3. Management & Cancellation

You can manage your subscription through your device settings (iOS/Android) or your account portal (Web). Deleting the WagerBreaker app does not automatically cancel your paid subscription.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by the platform through which you subscribed (Apple, Google, or Stripe) and are subject to their respective policies.
